Welcome to Alchemy Gardens. By placing an order through our website (alchemygardensok.com), you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of checkout through Shopify's secure payment system.
Fulfillment
We offer two fulfillment methods:
- Farm Pickup — Available March 26–28, 11AM to 4PM, at 5236 South 36th West Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74107. Please bring your confirmation number.
- Local Delivery — Available March 29 only, 11AM to 4PM, within our delivery zone (Tulsa metro area). A $100 minimum order is required for delivery.
Orders must be picked up or received on the selected date. If you cannot make your scheduled date, please contact us to reschedule.
Live Plants & Perishable Goods
Our products include live plants, mushrooms, microgreens, and other perishable items. Due to the nature of these products:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns on live plants or perishable goods.
- We are not responsible for plant health after pickup or delivery.
- Plants should be transplanted or cared for promptly after receipt.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the scheduled fulfillment date by contacting us. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already been prepared for fulfillment.
Delivery
Delivery is available to addresses within our service zone. We are not responsible for orders left at the delivery address after drop-off. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be left at the door or a safe location.
Communications
By providing your email address or phone number at checkout, you consent to receive:
- Order confirmations and fulfillment details — transactional messages related to your orders
- Promotional messages (if opted in) — seasonal availability, new products, special offers, and farm updates
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by:
- Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email
- Replying STOP to any promotional text message
- Contacting us directly at Grow@AlchemyGardensOk.com
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates, etc.).
Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Message frequency varies.
